ASIS SFBA Welcomes the New 2024 Board
By Redwood Shores, December 14, 2023 – ASIS San Francisco Bay Area, a leading professional association for security professionals, is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2024. The incoming board members bring a wealth of experience, expertise, and a shared commitment to advancing the mission and goals of ASIS International.
The newly appointed members of the Board of Directors include:
- Deric Morrow: Chairperson
- Elizabeth Moslander: Vice Chairperson
- Robert Chamberlin: Secretary
- Molly Guest: Treasurer
These distinguished individuals were selected for their proven leadership, strategic vision, and dedication to ASIS SFBA mission of driving local networking, strong communication with members, and sustainable growth of membership. Their collective experience spans from practitioner, entrepreneur, consultant, and management, providing a diverse set of skills that will contribute to the association's growth and influence within the local physical security industry.

The incoming Chairperson, Deric Morrow, has articulated the board's objectives for the upcoming year, which involve organizing monthly events spread across the bay area. In order to ensure effective communication with our members, a range of diverse channels will be employed, including phone calls, emails, and newsletters. The ultimate aim is to foster an expansion in membership within the organization, thereby giving more individuals a platform to contribute towards shaping the future of our industry.
About ASIS SFBA:
ASIS SFBA is a chapter within the ASIS International organization. ASIS International was founded in 1955 and the local SFBA chapter was one of the first chapters created to serve local members founded in 1973. There are currently over 800 ASIS International members with many of them also members of this local chapter.
